AFR Mortgage needed a new way to stand out from the rest of the Mortgage lending commercials. WIth home prices now in the 200-300k range, they are targeting the younger 25-44 age group of Gen X'ers that can now afford their first home. So, the Jingle Lab went to work on a jingle that would match that age group's musical taste- a rap song...with a twist. Click and listen! This jingle is ...

..a rap song, sung by White collar office workers, about the benefits of calling AFR Mortgage. It's breaking through the clutter, reaching their target audience, and the phone lines are ringing!
