Rapid Rooter- "Star Trip" parody commercial- now up for an ADDY AWARD!
Here's one of our most popular radio spots from 2009! It's the RAPID ROOTER parody of Star Trek, called "Star Trip". We launched the "Star trip" commercial as the new STAR TREK movie launched in May, and it ran along with the Rapid Rooter Jingle all summer across 9 Radio stations. It was so popular, we re-released it in December and January 2010, to coincide with the release of the STAR TREK movie on DVD.
This is one in a series of TV and movie Parody commercials we've produced for Rapid Rooter since 2005. Others include parodies of Harry Poetter, Indiana Jones, Desperate Housewives, "24", and even "Dancing with the Stars".
